Responsible for the day-to-day management of Human Resources operations. Manages the administration of policies, procedures, and programs of the organization. Ensures plans and policies are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations. Manages employee welfare, safety, wellness, health, and counselling. Provides administrative support to the HR function as needed (e.g., correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, performance management).
