Chris has been with Streamline Construction since 2021 and over 16 years of experience in Estimating and Project Management. His responsibilities include estimating and bidding large scale and public works projects, coordinating Subcontractors and project requirements, and producing 3D shop drawings for casework and custom-built components.

India Lackey is a Project Manager for Streamline Construction.
India brings many skills to the Project Management environment that lend to well organized projects. Organized projects, that stay on schedule and within budget, are India’s main goals as Project Manager. These goals are achieved through the skills she brought to the table from her years in the legal and real estate environments.
India came into Project Management with great enthusiasm and customer service. She believes that providing an exceptional experience for her clients is key. An exceptional experience comes through great communication and teamwork.
When India isn’t hard at work on creating project schedules, communicating with subcontractors, or walking job sites, she is probably on the golf course or out paddling with her dog.
I’ve really enjoyed my time at Streamline over the years. Communication is very important to me and our staff does a fantastic job working together and making sure everyone is on the same page. Jason has been with Streamline construction since 2015 with nearly 20 years of experience in leading teams and projects. Ensures plans and policies are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations. Manages employee welfare, safety, wellness, health, and counselling. Provides administrative support to the HR function as needed (e.g., correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, performance management).

Jesse has over 34 years of construction experience, with 30 of those years being in the healthcare industry. Before he founded Streamline Construction, Jesse worked his way up to the position of superintendent for a contracting firm that ran large projects installing medical equipment in hospitals. Subsequently, he took a position as construction coordinator at a Dignity Health facility, where he learned the importance of collaborating with every department to ensure that hospital operations continued unimpeded during construction, with minimal impact on daily operations.
In 2002, Jesse founded Streamline Construction. From the beginning, Jesse has stuck to his goal of specializing only in the healthcare construction industry. Although his focus is on the day to day operations of the company, Jesse still works closely with the project teams to ensure that every project is delivered with quality and care.
I’ve enjoyed building Streamline from the ground up over the years. Each member of our team is given the opportunity they deserve to reach their potential. Everyone at Streamline has a voice, and my daily goal is to make sure their voices are heard.
Iosif has been with Streamline since 2014. As a small project superintendent his responsibilities are to get each job done in time with good quality and make sure everyone is satisfied; doing small job projects and work orders.
I enjoy working with good people who are respectful, helpful, and make our team to reach our company’s goal. Randy has worked at Streamline for more than 22 years—originally as a superintendent, and as cabinet shop manager for the last 9 years—and has nearly 27 years of total experience in the cabinet and carpentry trade. As the cabinet shop manager, Randy supervises all aspects of the work that comes through the shop, including bids, drawings, layout design, fabrication, and scheduling shop employees as necessary to meet job deadlines.

Albert has worked at Streamline Construction for more than 16 years and is currently responsible for a wide variety of duties such as estimating small projects and managing Streamline’s facility maintenance program, coordinating manpower for all projects, and project quality control walkthroughs.

Mike brings more than 27 years of experience in construction to Streamline, where he has worked for over 3 years. His role began as an assistant project manager, then progressed to a Project Management position. The responsibilities of his position include submitting bids, contracting, budgeting, scheduling, billing, and ensuring projects are finalized with professionalism, on schedule and on budget. He also collaborates on projects with a wide array of third-party personnel such as architects, engineers, and inspectors.
I like the comradery within the workplace. Streamline is very focused on communication, scheduling, and strategic planning. You are treated with the utmost respect, like family, and all the facilities that we work for are also treated the same. Our main goal is to have the least possible disruption within the facility, so they can do their daily jobs. Customer care is paramount.

Morgan brings 6 years of office experience to Streamline Construction. Daily, she assists our Human Resources Manager and others in the office with paperwork and other tasks. With over a decade of experience with OSHPD construction, Andrew has the experience necessary to manage Streamline’s projects, particularly imaging rooms. For many years Andrew honed his skills as a superintendent with the responsibility of managing the day to day field operations of projects. As a project manager Andrew continues to oversee OSHPD projects with his responsibilities including budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of the client.

Having started with Streamline in 2016 with over 12 years in the construction industry, and a graduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Luke gives his all each day no matter what the tasks or projects may be. In his role as Assistant Project Manager, he focuses on anything and everything the company needs to complete a project on time to help hospitals to be happy and their facilities running smoothly. His main duties include, but are not limited to, estimating, RFI’s, contracting, working with the billing department and subcontractors, change orders, and assisting the Project Manager with any other items necessary for a smooth project completion.
The company is filled with great people (from the field crew to the office staff). It’s a work hard play hard kind of atmosphere, where all the members at Streamline work hard to complete the projects to satisfy our clients but we also have fun while doing it…most of the time. I also enjoy knowing that the projects we work on ultimately help save and sustain the public’s health and well being.
Jim brings a wealth of expertise to Streamline, with more than 22 years of experience in construction, and 12 years of experience specific to hospital construction. Jim’s responsibilities as a superintendent include scheduling work for his crew and subcontractors, enduring that inspections are conducted as necessary, and meeting with owners and architects.

Clayton has over 11 years of experience in hospital construction and is well versed with OSHPD guidelines and requirements. He supervises and runs projects to ensure their successful completion with his number one focus on client happiness.

As Project Manager and estimator with over 15 years of experience in various roles and trades affiliated with the construction industry. As Small Projects Superintendent for Streamline Construction for over 3 years, Jordan helps to coordinate and accomplish projects throughout the facilities from cabinet repairs, sheetrock, and painting to other miscellaneous tasks.

Jeff has been a Superintendent for over 30 years with more than 15 years specializing in OSHPD and healthcare construction. He monitors quality control of the work being performed while coordinating direct on-site activities for all subcontractors, vendors, construction personnel, inspections, and all other aspects of the job to ensure completion of any project on schedule.

Steve has worked at Streamline for more than 5 years, and as Superintendent of the Methodist Hospital site, is responsible for scheduling projects there and ensuring that they are completed correctly, cleanly, and on schedule. Jake has worked for four years at Streamline Construction, and has a total of 10 years in the healthcare construction industry. As a small project superintendent, he provides support to facilities engineers while also taking care of small renovations on outpatient buildings, such as infectious control, demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and taping and floating drywall.

Jon has worked in residential and commercial construction for more than 28 years, and has been part of the Streamline Construction crew for the last 12 years. His duties include overseeing employees and subcontractors, keeping projects on schedule and under budget, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients and medical personnel around construction areas.

Teala brings more than 9 years of office experience to Streamline Construction, and has been with the company for nearly 4 years. Robyn has been with Streamline for more than 8 years, and brings with her over 22 years of accounting and tax preparation experience. Tim has more than 42 years of experience in construction, and has spent the last 22 of those strictly in healthcare construction. In 2008, Tim was asked by Streamline President Jesse McKenna to join the company as a partner. Today, Tim oversees most projects by working with project managers, developing and bidding new projects, expanding Streamline’s markets, developing relationships with new contacts, and assisting Jesse with the management of the company.
What I like about Streamline is that I can do what I love best, build. With a workforce that’s more like a family than a company, Jesse and I work together to create a quality product.
Justin has worked at Streamline for more than 7 years, and has a total of 17 years in the construction industry. In his role as project manager, Justin oversees construction projects at OSHPD facilities, with his responsibilities including value engineering, budgeting, scheduling, writing contracts, and project estimation.
What I enjoy about working at Streamline is the variety of the day to day work, while working in a very specific niche in the construction industry, which allows me to use and strengthen multiple skills to complete any given task.
While a relative newcomer to Streamline with two years at the company, Aaron has more than 6 years of experience in healthcare construction, and 15 total years of construction experience. Aaron manages a number of challenging responsibilities, including project scheduling, budgeting, and bidding.
